Beef in sour cream in a pot
Description
I can say I'm not really on good terms with beef—I don't know how to cook it properly, and it always turns out rubbery for me. But this recipe for beef cooked in sour cream in a casserole dish is a real discovery, as the meat becomes incredibly tender and soft, simply melting in your mouth. I don't know if it's the casserole dish that makes the difference or perhaps the sour cream's effect on the meat, but the result is unbelievably delicious—you won't find a better dish for a hearty, satisfying dinner. And there's nothing complicated here: all you need is a couple of casserole dishes, a bit of time, and, of course, this simple recipe for beef in sour cream cooked in a casserole dish.
