Description

I've long known about the amazing combination of meat and beer, so I use this little secret very often. Believe me, it doesn't matter what kind of meat you use—if you add a bit of beer and simmer it all together, the meat becomes incredibly tender with a wonderful bread-like aroma. Recently, I found this recipe for beef cooked in beer in a multicooker, which I'm going to share today. You probably know that beef is both delicious and nutritious, but the key is to cook it properly, as it can easily turn out tough. With this simple multicooker beer-braised beef recipe, that problem will be a thing of the past. The meat simply melts in your mouth—try it for yourself.

Instructions

Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, select the "Multicook" mode at 120 degrees. Place the meat into the multicooker and sear on all sides for 3-4 minutes.

Then add the onion, cut into small cubes, to the meat and fry together for another few minutes.

Now we need to chop the tomato and mix it with black pepper, mustard, and sugar—I did this using a blender. Add beer to the prepared mixture and stir.

Place our sauce in the multicooker, set the "Stewing" mode and set the time for 2.5 hours. When the meat is cooked, a sound signal will go off. All that remains for you is to prepare a side dish to your taste.
