Beef in spicy sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This method of preparing beef in spicy sauce is not classic. It is one of the simplest and quickest—marinating takes no more than an hour. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the beef in cold water and cut into small pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Grate the garlic. Pour vinegar and mustard into a bowl with water. Add garlic and black pepper. Mix everything well. Place the meat into the marinade and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the onion and slice it into rings.
- 4
Step 4

Leave the tomatoes in hot water for several minutes. After that, it will be easier to remove the skin with a knife. Place the tomatoes in a blender and blend until a puree forms. If you don't have a blender, you can use a meat grinder.
- 5
Step 5

After an hour, fry the meat in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Start sautéing the onion over medium heat. When it becomes soft, add 2 cloves of garlic, pressed or finely chopped.
- 7
Step 7

Add the tomato mixture from the blender, sour cream, basil, salt, pepper, and simmer everything for 2-3 minutes.
- 8
Step 8

Add the meat to the skillet and simmer for another 5-10 minutes until cooked through. The beef is ready to be served.
