Description
Beef cooked in a Polaris multicooker is relatively quick; if you were to simmer beef on the stovetop, it would take one and a half to two hours. Beef prepared in the Polaris multicooker won't have an appetizing crust. You can sear the meat to achieve a golden-brown color by using the "frying" mode with the multicooker lid open. Cut the beef into pieces.

We chop the garlic and add it to the meat.

Pour in the wine, the meat should be completely submerged.

Add the butter, mix well, and let it marinate for an hour or overnight.
