Beef in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you don't have canned tomatoes in their own juice, you can substitute them with tomato paste, although I recommend following the recipe exactly. Preparation takes minimal time, and the result will delight your whole family. This dish goes perfectly with any side dish. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Wash the beef, dry with towels, remove tendons, membranes, and fat. Cut into 3 cm pieces.
- 2
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a multicooker and sear the beef pieces over high heat, turning them frequently. Add coarse salt and black pepper to taste. Transfer to another dish.
- 3
Step 3
Slice the onion into half-rings, finely chop the garlic, and cut the celery into small pieces. Place everything into the multicooker together with rosemary and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 4
Step 4
Then pour in the wine and wait for it to boil. Add the canned tomatoes and broth. Return the beef to the multicooker bowl.
- 5
Step 5
Set the "Stewing" mode for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the meat easily shreds into fibers.
- 6
Step 6
Serve the stewed beef hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
