Beef in onion sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The weight of the meat should match the weight of the onion. Long simmering of beef in onion sauce makes the meat extremely tender, while the onion pieces turn into a delicate sauce. This meat doesn't require a side dish—it's simply not needed. Recommended for onion lovers and fans of French cuisine. The dish is ready to serve.
