Beef in a pot with vegetables
Description
Not long ago, I bought four small pots at the store, and it turned out to be a great purchase, as these little helpers are incredibly useful in the kitchen. Cooking in pots is very convenient, and everything turns out delicious. Here's a simple recipe for beef cooked in a pot with vegetables. My husband adores this dish because it truly has an excellent, rich, and vibrant flavor, and the beef comes out tender and juicy. Whenever friends or relatives visit, I prepare this beef with vegetables in pots at home and serve it right in the pots. They look very festive on the table, turning an ordinary dinner into a little celebration.
Instructions

Step 1

First, we cut the beef into small pieces, place it in a deep bowl, and marinate in a mixture of vegetable oil, spices (paprika, ground pepper), and salt. Let the meat sit in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Step 2

After the time has elapsed, place the skillet (without oil) over heat and add the meat. Fry the beef for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Then we distribute the meat into the pots.

Step 4

Next, you need to peel and wash all the vegetables, cut them into pieces of any size, season with salt and pepper. I prefer to cut the vegetables quite large, as they look more attractive in the finished dish.

Step 5

Now, pour a little beer (about 2 cm) into each casserole dish, fill the dish with vegetables, add approximately 100 ml of broth, and sprinkle everything with paprika and turmeric. Place the dishes into a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for half an hour. After this time, take the dishes out and stir their contents. Then return the dishes to the oven, but this time reduce the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and continue cooking for another 30 minutes.

If you're expecting guests, it's best to serve the dish right in the pots, but for yourself you can transfer it to a plate for convenience—it won't affect the taste at all. Enjoy, everyone!
