Beef in foil with vegetables
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Beef cooked in foil with vegetables is quite simple and convenient. I appreciate this dish not only for its taste but also for its convenience. Each guest immediately has their own portion, making it easy to adjust the dish according to each diner's preferences. Someone might not like onions, another might be allergic to peppers, someone else may prefer sour cream instead of mayonnaise, and so on. Try preparing this dish, and you'll appreciate its deliciousness and practicality. By the way, here's another bonus—there's no need to scrub the baking tray afterward! Good luck, and the finished dish is ready to be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Slice the onion into half-rings and marinate in water with vinegar.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the meat into small cubes across the grain. Season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise and spices to taste, and mix thoroughly.
- 3
Step 3

Slice the tomatoes into half-rings, drizzle with a small amount of oil (olive or sunflower), and sprinkle with spices.
- 4
Step 4

Same thing as with tomatoes, do the same with bell pepper. (I have yellow pepper, don't be alarmed!)
- 5
Step 5

Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes. Season with salt and add a little oil.
- 6
Step 6

Take a rectangular piece of foil. Place the tomatoes in the center, then the peppers and potatoes on top, followed by the meat and onions (squeeze the onions from the marinade and add a little mayonnaise).

Step 7

Then tightly seal the foil and place it on a baking sheet. Repeat the same with each portion. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for one hour. Then open the foil, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and bake for another 10–15 minutes.

Step 8

Can be served.
