Beef baked in sour cream
Description
French cuisine is famous for its unusually delicious sauces. In fact, it doesn't differ much from other European cuisines—the key lies in the gravies and sauces! Thus, today's beef baked in the oven with sour cream is a very tasty, creamy meat dish, distinguished by its delicate flavor thanks to the white sauce that gives the dish a special tenderness. Try it—I'm sure you'll absolutely love it.

Cut the meat into cubes across the grain. Place a frying pan on high heat, heat it up, and add oil. Then, sear the meat over the highest heat, stirring constantly, until it develops an appetizing golden crust.

On another skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

Slice the mushrooms and add them to the onion. Sauté, stirring constantly, for a short time.

Step 6

In a baking dish (or in a skillet with a removable handle), mix the meat, onion, and mushrooms, then pour over sour cream diluted with boiling water (this is very important).
