Beef in a halogen oven wrapped in foil
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I've never tried cooking meat in an air fryer before, but this time I decided to roast it. The result was amazing! The meat stays juicy thanks to the marinade made of soy sauce, honey and mustard mixture, has an incredible aroma, and looks very appetizing! This cooked beef will make a wonderful appetizer for your holiday table. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1
First, prepare the brine for the meat. If the piece of meat is large, you will need about half a liter of water. For half a liter of water, use 100 grams of soy sauce. Salt the mixture—it should be oversalted. Add pepper, pressed garlic from a garlic press, pour in lemon juice, and mix well.

Step 2
Soak the meat in brine. Marinate for the first 2-3 hours at room temperature. Then place on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator and marinate for 24 hours.

Step 3
Pat the marinated meat dry with a paper towel. Season with pepper again and rub with honey and mustard. You can substitute the mustard with mustard powder.

Step 4
Wrap the meat in foil (preferably in several layers to prevent juices from leaking). Prepare the air fryer and place the meat on the rack. Cook for 45-50 minutes. For the first 15-20 minutes, set the temperature to 250 degrees. Then reduce it to 200. After the beep, remove the meat from the air fryer and let it cool to room temperature. Then place the meat in the refrigerator.

Step 5
You can serve the ready beef from the air fryer hot, but it is especially delicious cold with mustard or horseradish.
