Beef stewed with sorrel
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I always enjoy experimenting with meat, and this time I decided to cook beef with sorrel. The dish takes about 1.5–2 hours to prepare, until the meat becomes tender. Sorrel and fresh herbs are added at the end of cooking. Buckwheat or rice make an ideal side dish, but this dish can also be served on its own. Serve the finished dish at the table.

Step 1

1. Beef pairs perfectly with sorrel. When stewed, it makes a delicious dish that goes well with any porridge as a side. So, let's start by preparing the meat right away.
