Beef stewed with green peas
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Meat with legumes is a real source of protein. It's best to eat such dishes for lunch in the middle of the day so that the energy lasts until evening. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Soak the peas in cold water for half an hour. Cut the meat into pieces and fry well in oil using the frying mode.
- 2
Step 2

Add the coarsely chopped onion and fry until a light crust forms.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the carrots into large cubes and add to the meat. Sauté lightly.
- 4
Step 4

Sprinkle the meat with paprika, allowing it to tint the oil orange.
- 5
Step 5

Pour boiling water over the meat, just enough to cover it, and simmer for half an hour.
- 6
Step 6

Then add the drained peas. Stir and add enough water to fully cover the ingredients. Set the stewing mode for 3 hours to reduce the cooking temperature. Cook the dish for 1 hour, or until the peas are almost done.
- 7
Step 7

Salt, pepper, add dried herbs. Mix well, cover with a lid, and set the multicooker to the "keep warm" mode for half an hour.
- 8
Step 8

Serve the finished dish hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
