Beef stewed with vinegar
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You should start the process well in advance—at least a couple of hours ahead, or even better, marinate the meat with vegetables overnight so they absorb the flavors thoroughly. The vinegar here is very subtle; it adds a wonderful note to the dish without overpowering the meat's taste. I also like this recipe because the dish can be served either with a side dish or on its own. Try making it at home—you'll definitely enjoy it. Serve the finished dish immediately.
