Beef stewed in beer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The meat turns out very tender, literally melting in your mouth! I suggest using Belgian beer—it has a fantastic aroma and aftertaste. Serve the meat with a side dish, such as potatoes or black bread. Serve hot.
