
Beef stewed with green beans

1. I cooked this dish in a multicooker, but you can also use a frying pan or wok. Cut the beef into medium-sized cubes and place it in the multicooker.

2. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables. You can use fresh or frozen ones.

3. Slice the onion into rings or half-rings, the carrots into strips, and cut the beans into 2-3 pieces.

4. Add the vegetables to the meat and fry, stirring occasionally.

5. Add tomato paste at the end of frying, mix well, and pour in a little water (a couple of multicooker cups). Switch to "Simmering" mode for 50 minutes. If cooking on the stove, simmer in a regular saucepan.
