Beef stewed with cucumbers
Description
Beef stewed with cucumbers is a very flavorful dish. As I've already mentioned, the pickled cucumbers give it a unique tangy taste. This meat can be served with any side dish, or simply with vegetables and bread. Personally, I prefer it with mashed potatoes, placing a knob of butter right in the center. Mmm, finger-licking good! It takes me about an hour to prepare the beef, but the result is incredibly tender and juicy meat. Good luck and enjoy!
