
Beef stewed with sauerkraut
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The combination of ingredients in this dish is truly fantastic. What could be simpler than cabbage and meat, right? But this recipe proves that the key is not what you use, but how you prepare it. Serve hot.

Wash the beef, dry it, slice it, and place it in a deep bowl.

Add salt and paprika, mix well. Refrigerate for about an hour.

In a saucepan, heat a little oil and sear the beef over medium heat until browned. Then transfer to a plate.

Add more oil if necessary and sauté the chopped onion until lightly golden.

Place the minced garlic, add a pinch of salt and spices to taste. Fry for just another minute.

Pour in the broth and wine, add the tomato paste and meat.

If there is not enough liquid, add a little more water to cover the meat. After boiling, cover with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about an hour.
