Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. When I come home tired after work, I rarely have the energy to cook something elaborate, so I often use this simple recipe for beef with rice in a multicooker. It's a nutritious, filling, and very tasty dish that everyone in my family enjoys. Plus, cooking beef with rice in a multicooker at home doesn't take much time or effort. That's why I'd like to share this easy recipe with you—I hope you'll like it and find it helpful whenever you need to quickly and deliciously feed your whole family. 1) First, set the multicooker to the "Sauté" mode (160°C) and pour vegetable oil into the pot. While the oil is heating up, rinse the meat, dry it, and cut it into small cubes. 2) Sprinkle the beef with spices, mix well, then transfer the meat pieces to the multicooker pot and sauté for 10 minutes at 120°C. 3) Next, add water to the multicooker, enough to cover the meat by about one-third. Select the "Stewing" mode and cook the beef for 40 minutes. 4) While the meat is stewing, rinse the rice and boil it in salted water until fully cooked. 5) When the "Stewing" cycle is complete, open the lid and season the beef with salt (I always salt the meat at the end). 6) Now that everything is ready, portion out the cooked rice and flavorful beef onto individual plates and serve the meal. The dish is ready to be served.
