Beef with tomatoes in a multicooker
Description
In my opinion, the easiest and tastiest thing to prepare for dinner is meat—it goes perfectly with any side dish and is loved by almost everyone. What to cook it with and how, however, is a matter of personal taste. I can only suggest one of my favorite options—a simple recipe for beef with tomatoes in a multicooker. It requires minimal ingredients and almost no supervision. Just put all the ingredients into the bowl, set the right mode, and go relax. In just two hours, your table will be filled with tender, steaming meat, and the amazing aroma will bring the whole family running. 1) First, prepare all the ingredients. Rinse the meat thoroughly, dry it with a paper towel, then cut the beef into small cubes about 2.5–3 cm wide. 2) Peel the onion and slice it into quarter-rings. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces or wedges. 3) Place the beef and vegetables into the multicooker bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix everything. You can add a little water or broth, but usually the natural juices from the meat and vegetables are sufficient. Close the lid, set the "Stewing" mode, and cook for 2 hours. That's it—an easy yet delicious recipe. You can vary it slightly by adding carrots, bell peppers, garlic, or other vegetables.
