Beef with tomatoes
Description
Meat always turns out great with tomatoes; I think this vegetable was made for meat dishes. To prepare beef with tomatoes, we'll need beef cut for goulash, preferably already sliced. Choose juicy, ripe tomatoes if possible. I also recommend using coriander and bay leaf among the spices—they will give the meat a wonderful aroma. See the recipe with photos.
