Beef with pepper in a pan
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For this stew, you can cut the beef into large pieces to fully appreciate the meat's flavor. Use peppercorns instead of ground pepper, crushing them yourself so you can feel the grains. It can be served with a side dish or enjoyed as meat only. The finished dish is ready to be served.

Step 2

2. Wash and cut the beef into equal 3 cm pieces. Place the meat in a bowl and add pepper, oyster sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, potato starch, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly and let marinate for 15 minutes, or up to 12 hours in the refrigerator.

Step 3

3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil, and place the meat in the pan. It's better to use tongs so that as much marinade as possible remains in the bowl. Sear the beef until golden-brown on both sides.
