1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Cut the meat into small pieces, place in the multicooker bowl and add the oil.

3. Sauté in "frying" mode until the liquid evaporates and a light golden crust forms. Add coarsely chopped carrots and onion cut into feathers. Mix well.

4. Pour in a little hot water (boiling water) so that it covers the meat about halfway, add salt to taste and spices.

5. Set the "stewing" mode or use the "multicook" function and cook the meat for 1.5 hours. A few minutes before it's done, open the lid to allow most of the liquid to evaporate. At the end, add sliced bell pepper, diced tomatoes, and minced garlic.
