Beef with vegetables in a skillet
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To cook beef with vegetables in a skillet, you'll need a deep pan with a lid, since beef always requires long, slow simmering over low heat—and it's best done covered. I can say that skillet beef with vegetables is the basic recipe I started my married life with. To this day, beef with vegetables remains my go-to dish, especially when I need to feed a large family gathering. I use a kazan and prepare a generous amount of "sauce," as we call this dish in our family. I add bell peppers, tomatoes, even zucchini, parsley, and dill. Do try it yourself! Good luck, and the finished dish is ready to be served.
