Beef with pickled cucumbers
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare beef with pickled cucumbers, first chop the onion and meat, then fry them in butter until golden brown. Add three cups of boiled water, spices, one tablespoon of honey, and simmer over low heat for one hour. Fifteen minutes before it's done, add the pickled cucumbers. At the end, pour in cream mixed with one teaspoon of cornstarch. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Let the meat steep for about 15 minutes before serving. Serve hot.
