Beef with red currants
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Braise the beef in the oven in a cauldron or casserole dishes. You can also prepare it in a multicooker. The result is juicy and tender meat with plenty of sauce, so the dish can be served with rice or other grains. If the currants are too tart, add more sugar to adjust the taste. Serve the beef with red currants hot.
