   Slice the carrots and onions into half-rings. Shred the cabbage and mince the garlic. Simmer the vegetables in a frying pan (adding a little water) until half-cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil, place the sliced meat on it, season with salt and pepper, and lightly spread mayonnaise on top. Place the stewed vegetables over the meat, spreading them evenly across the surface.
