Beef with pear
Description
The recipe won't take much time. As you know, beef is not the most tender meat and requires long cooking, making it perfect for stewing. Beef stewed with pears is a foolproof choice: the meat pieces, infused with fragrant pear-wine sauce and spices, simply melt in your mouth! And the aroma filling your apartment will be so enticing that not only your entire household but also your neighbors will come running. Serve hot.
