
Beef with mushrooms in creamy sauce

This meat goes very well with any porridge, and the creamy sauce adds juiciness. You can use any mushrooms for this dish: button mushrooms, chanterelles, or others. Serve hot.

Place the flour in a saucepan, then add the beef cut into not-too-large pieces. Also add the mushrooms sliced into thin pieces, broth, wine, tomato paste, mustard, and paprika. Mix everything well and simmer over low heat until the beef becomes tender (at least one hour).

Mix the cream with corn flour, place in a saucepan over heat, and start cooking covered until the sauce thickens slightly. Don't forget to stir. Cook for about 20 minutes.

Chop the parsley. Mix the beef with the creamy sauce, then portion it onto plates directly over the side dish and sprinkle with parsley.
