Beef with buckwheat noodles
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Beef with buckwheat noodles is very simple and quick to prepare. This dish can be considered a quick meal. The most important thing, perhaps, is to marinate the meat in advance so that it becomes as tender and soft as possible. It's best to choose fresh meat (not frozen) and marinate it ahead of time (for example, overnight). To make the dish as appetizing and attractive as possible, all ingredients should be cut neatly (thin and evenly), for which you definitely need a good sharp knife. Actually, a sharp knife is essential in any case! Wishing you success and bon appétit. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the meat into thin, elongated strips and marinate in any marinade. I prefer soy sauce.
- 3
Step 3

Grate the carrot on a Korean grater or slice it with a knife. Cut the garlic in half, and slice the onion into thin half-rings (as thin as possible).
- 4
Step 4

Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 5
Step 5

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- 6
Step 6

Add two tablespoons of oil to a wok or regular frying pan and sauté the garlic. Then remove the garlic and stir-fry the meat over high heat, constantly stirring. Once the meat has developed a golden crust, remove it and transfer to a plate.

Step 7

Add a little oil to the same skillet, heat it, then add the onion, pepper, and carrot in turn. Fry everything, stirring constantly, for some time. Then add the pepper and green beans. Season with salt and pepper, and continue frying the vegetables until cooked through, stirring constantly.

Step 8

Add meat to the vegetables and heat slightly. Then place the noodles on a plate, top with the vegetables and meat, season to taste with soy sauce or other sauces, add sesame seeds, and serve.
