Beef with prunes and potatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's very simple to prepare, despite the fairly large number of ingredients. Cooking time is almost two hours, most of which is spent with the beef, prunes, and potatoes baking in the oven. The dish turns out very hearty and delicious. The prunes impart a wonderful hint of subtle smokiness. They generally pair excellently with meat dishes. I highly recommend preparing this dish to surprise your family. Serve hot.
