Beef with broccoli and cauliflower
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can cook this dish every day if you like. It contains the protein necessary for the body (especially for growing organisms), as well as various vegetables that enrich the diet with vitamins. If desired, beef can be replaced with pork or chicken. It will be just as delicious. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

This time I used boneless beef, since I'll be cutting the meat into small pieces, almost like for goulash. I rinse the beef fillet and slice it into pieces. Then I season it with salt and pepper, add chopped ginger pieces, and pour soy sauce over everything.

Step 2

Take a deep frying pan or saucepan. I used a wok for this. Heat it up, pour in sunflower or olive oil. Add the meat and fry over medium heat until fully cooked. This will take about an hour. Once the meat is fried and simmered, transfer it to a separate dish.

Step 3

Let's move on to the vegetables. Slice the carrots, garlic, onion, or leek into thin pieces. Rinse the cauliflower and broccoli florets. Sauté the onion, garlic, and carrots in the juice left from the meat. Add the cauliflower and broccoli. Pour in soy sauce and simmer everything for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Transfer the meat to the wok with the vegetables, add thinly sliced tomato pieces. Simmer everything together until fully cooked, for 10–15 minutes. If you feel there's not enough sauce, add a little water. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Step 5

Well, our vegetables with meat are ready. They've absorbed the juices and complement each other perfectly. You can serve them as a standalone dish. But if you want to feed hungry family members, I recommend cooking some rice as well.
