Beef with bell pepper

The recipe won't take much time. Beef is quite capricious when stewed, as it takes a long time to cook. But the taste is wonderful! So it's definitely worth it! By adding bell pepper to the beef, you'll get a hot dish with an excellent flavor and aroma. I like spicy food, so I add a whole chili pepper with seeds and plenty of garlic to the stew. If you don't have beef broth, you can dissolve a beef bouillon cube in boiling water. Serve hot.
