Beef with basil
Description
Beef with basil is quite simple to prepare. Properly and well-marinated beef cooks quickly. For this dish, choose the freshest and youngest beef, and be sure to use tenderloin; otherwise, you'll end up with something as tough as a rubber boot. Marinate the beef for 30 minutes, then sear for 7 minutes. This meat goes best with rice or Chinese noodles. Good luck and enjoy!
