The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Today I want to share my favorite recipe for cooking beef in a pan – with a sour cream sauce. Of course, juicy oven-baked steak holds a special place in my heart, but this dish also turns out very delicious. It's a great option for a family dinner; beef in sour cream sauce goes perfectly with any porridge, mashed potatoes, or pasta. My recipe is ready – the dish can now be served.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the beef under running water.

    Cut the beef into small flat pieces; this way the meat will cook faster.
