
Beef in sour cream sauce

Of course, juicy oven-baked steak holds a special place in my heart, but this dish also turns out very delicious. It's a great option for a family dinner; beef in sour cream sauce goes perfectly with any porridge, mashed potatoes, or pasta. My recipe is ready – the dish can now be served.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the beef under running water.

Cut the beef into small flat pieces; this way the meat will cook faster.

Place the meat in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and fry until the surface of each piece is browned.

Then add sour cream and tomato paste, mix and fry for a couple of minutes.

Transfer the meat along with the sauce to a saucepan, add salt, pepper, and water. Place over heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
