Beef Hungarian style
Description
Beef Hungarian style is quite simple to prepare. Onions are sautéed with spices, then covered with broth, and the meat is cooked in it (very schematically). The distinctive feature of this goulash is its appetizing color and flavor provided by red paprika. Extremely appetizing color! Garnish the goulash with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite side dish. The classic Hungarian goulash is traditionally served with potatoes. Good luck and enjoy!
