Instructions

Step 1

First, we finely chop the garlic and cut the onion a bit coarser. Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté them until translucent. Then add the meat, cut into cubes, and fry everything together.
- 2
Step 2

Cook the meat until the juice evaporates by half.
- 3
Step 3

Add tomato paste (specifically paste, not ketchup); if you're using fresh tomatoes, they must be peeled and finely chopped beforehand. Season with salt, sprinkle with ground black and red pepper, mix well, and cook for a few more minutes.

Step 4

Now transfer the contents of the skillet to a pot for simmering. Open the can of beans, pour the juice into the meat, mix and simmer over low heat for half an hour.
- 5
Step 5

Then add the sliced chili pepper and garlic slices. Mix well and let it sit for another half hour.

Step 6

After the time has elapsed, add the beans and finely chopped herbs to the meat. Check once again for salt and spiciness, adding more if needed. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, and now our dish is ready. Serve onto plates and enjoy. Everyone, bon appétit!
