
Georgian-style beef
Description
Preparing Georgian-style beef will take you about 2.5 hours. First, cut and boil the beef. Then sauté onions, sliced into half-rings, with tomato paste. Braise the cooked meat with the onions and paste for 30 minutes. Five minutes before completion, add spices along with finely chopped herbs, garlic, and another onion. Mix everything, wait another 5 minutes, and enjoy this fragrant and delicious dish.

Cut the beef into pieces and boil until cooked.

Slice three onions into half-rings.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add tomato paste to it.
