Beef over an open fire

60 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

In our case, beef cooked over an open fire is grilled for 7 minutes per side, then left to rest for another 15 minutes, wrapped in foil. When grilling beef over a fire, there's no need to flip it frequently—in fact, ideally, you should flip it only once. Use a meat thermometer to check the doneness; if you don't have one, you can make a small poke or a tiny cut to check. It's best if an experienced person handles the grilling. Alternatively, grill several pieces one after another at different heat levels to gain your own experience! Good luck and enjoy!
