Beef with bone in the oven
Description
Beef on the bone is prepared in the oven super quickly and easily. To get excellent meat, you don't need to make too much effort—just take care when buying it at the store. Choose the freshest and best quality possible! Today we'll be cooking a young bull's rib steak on the bone. To achieve perfect results, there's no need to marinate the meat; simply let it sit and come to room temperature from the refrigerator chill. Good luck and enjoy!
Instructions

Step 1

Take the steak out of the refrigerator. Coat it with olive oil, season with salt and sprinkle with black pepper. Let the meat "breathe" at room temperature for about half an hour.

Step 2

Turn on the top grill in the oven to maximum heat. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the steaks on it. Position the rack in the topmost position so that the meat is closest to the heat source.
