Goshkyde
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. It might seem that goşkyde are just our meat-filled buns, only made with unleavened dough. But no, the difference is actually quite significant. First of all, the shape: goşkyde are always small balls, no more than 5 cm in diameter. The filling is always the same—ground beef with onion. Try making goşkyde yourself; I'm sure you'll enjoy both the cooking process and the result. Serve them cooled down or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. This time I bought ready-made ground beef, as I didn't have time to deal with the meat.
- 2
Step 2

Mix the water with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 3
Step 3

Add the sifted flour and knead a stiff dough.
- 4
Step 4

Now prepare the minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste, as well as finely chopped onion. Mix everything thoroughly.
- 5
Step 5

Divide the dough into 6 parts. Make a flatbread from each part.
- 6
Step 6

Place about 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each flatbread.
- 7
Step 7

Fold the edges of the dough and shape into a ball.
- 8
Step 8

Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the balls with beaten egg and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes (temperature — 180 degrees).
- 9
Step 9

Brush the finished balls with the remaining butter. They are delicious both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!
