
Hot White Chocolate with Strawberries and Creamy Hearts

1. Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl with sugar and lemon juice. Mix, cover with a lid, and set aside for one hour. Stir the strawberry mixture, then transfer it to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. If your blender has a fine strainer function, use it to remove the strawberry seeds. Add milk and cream to the strawberry mixture. Blend in the food processor or blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add chopped white chocolate, and heat. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, bringing it almost to a boil. Remove from heat and pour into mugs. Whip heavy cream with a mixer until thick and foamy. Spoon the whipped cream onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Spread evenly with a spatula and place in the freezer for about 2.5 hours.

3. Using cookie cutters, cut heart shapes out of the frozen whipped cream.
