Hot lavash appetizer

Description

A tasty snack for any gathering. 1. Boil the offal, making sure to rinse them thoroughly first. Then put them in a blender. 2. Chop the herbs (onion and dill) with a knife and add them to the minced offal. 3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the other mixed ingredients. Also add the egg yolks. Season with pepper, be sure to add salt, and mix everything well. 4. Cut the lavash into equal triangles. Place the filling in the center of each piece and carefully fold it into an envelope shape. Brush the ends with egg white so they stick together well. 5. Fry the "envelopes" in a pan with vegetable oil. Place the finished snack on paper towels to remove excess fat.
