Pea soup in bread
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Today I suggest making pea soup in bread at home. It turns out very tasty and unusual. The "filling" for the bread can be varied. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. First, prepare the peas. If you have time, you can soak them overnight. While the peas are cooking, we will prepare everything else.
- 2
Step 2

2. If you didn't soak the peas but want them to cook faster, you can add a pinch of baking soda (just a knife tip) in the middle of cooking. Another tip—don't salt the water until the peas have softened.

Step 3

3. While the peas are cooking, prepare the sauté: fry the onion and carrots in vegetable oil. When the peas are ready, add the vegetables to the soup. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

4. Now it's time to prepare our molds. If you'd like, you can bake the bread yourself in whatever shape you need. I usually use round or square-shaped bread.

Step 5

5. Remove the top crust and set it aside. It will serve as a lid for our dish. Remove the crumb as much as possible.

Step 6

6. Now pour our soup into the bread, cover with the crust, and serve. Optionally, you can sprinkle with herbs.
