Pea fritters
Description
Homemade bake for tea. Somewhere I read a very unusual nickname for these fritters—green cutlets :) Pea fritters really do have a quite rich, distinctive flavor that not everyone will enjoy. If you like peas on their own, though, pea fritters will probably suit you just fine. A vegetarian, very budget-friendly everyday dish. You can serve them on their own or as a side to something non-vegetarian :) Serve cool or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 2

Finely chop the dill.

Step 3

Place the peas in the blender jug with a small amount (50 ml) of their cooking water. Add the finely chopped herbs as well. Blend until smooth and even.
- 4
Step 4

Add 2 eggs to the resulting mixture.
- 5
Step 5

Add 2 tbsp natural yogurt, salt, pepper and, if you like, any other favorite spices. Mix well and whisk lightly.

Sift the flour and baking powder into this mixture. Mix well.

From the resulting batter, shape pancakes and fry them in a skillet with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until they develop a thin, barely perceptible crust.

The pea pancakes are ready.
