Baked pea porridge
Description
Preparing pea porridge in the oven is easier than it seems. While the pre-soaked peas are boiling on the stove (this will take 40 minutes), chop and fry the meat with onion. When the peas are ready, drain them in a colander, let excess water drip off, and distribute the peas into pots. Top with the meat and onion mixture, add bay leaves, and cover. Place the pots in the oven for 20 minutes, then serve the porridge hot.
