Pea porridge
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare the porridge using green peas, which will significantly reduce the cooking time. Alternatively, you can make it with dried peas (as in this case), pre-soaking them overnight. The dish is hearty and delicious; I also add other vegetables and bacon to it. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the peas and soak them overnight in cold water. Cut the bacon, ham, and pork into small pieces. Wash the celery and chop it finely. Peel the carrots, grate half on a coarse grater, and dice the other half.

Step 2
Turn on the multicooker and set the "Sauté" mode. Place the bacon in the bowl, and after 30 seconds add the celery. After 2-3 minutes, add the grated carrots and onion, mix and sauté until the onion becomes soft (10-15 minutes).

Step 3
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Place them in the multicooker, add the remaining carrots, pre-soaked peas, ham, and pork. Pour in the broth and water, set the "Cooking" program, and cook for 4-5 hours (until the peas are tender).

Step 4
Open the multicooker lid and taste the peas. If they are cooked, transfer the porridge to a saucepan, mash with an immersion blender, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the porridge hot.
