City loaf according to GOST standards
Description
The recipe won’t take much time. Even though the process of making the buns is quite labor-intensive, they are definitely worth making, as they always turn out very tasty. Milk can be used instead of water. Margarine can be used instead of butter. If you have a bread maker, it’s worth entrusting the dough-kneading process to this kitchen helper. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
