Mustard marinade for pork
Description
Minimal ingredients — excellent result. The taste of cooked meat depends on the freshness of the meat itself, but a lot also depends on the right choice of marinade. Everyone has their own special meat marinade recipe. I'm no exception—I have one too. I'll share an excellent recipe for a mustard marinade for pork. It's quite simple, but meat marinated in it turns out juicy and tender, with a delicate hint of mustard. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
