Description

Recipe for sauce at home. To prepare mustard cucumbers for winter, we will need dry mustard, fresh and crisp cucumbers, and jars (I used liter-sized ones). Three kilograms of cucumbers yield approximately 2 liters of pickled cucumbers. You can increase the quantity of ingredients if cooking for a larger family. The finished cucumbers go well with vodka. They are perfect served with pasta, meat, and vegetables.

    Wash the cucumbers, trim off the ends, then cut them lengthwise into quarters. Add mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and one cup of vinegar. Let it sit for about 3 hours.

    By this time, the cucumbers will have released their juice, creating an excellent brine that we will use to pour over them.
