Description
Homemade sauce recipe. This sauce can be served with any meat dishes or poultry culinary masterpieces. Additionally, I have even used it as a dressing for vegetable salads. Instead of basil, you can also use parsley. Season with pepper to taste. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

1. It took me only ten minutes to prepare the mustard-sour cream sauce at home. First, chop the basil.

2. After that, mix the sour cream with mustard (you can also use homemade mustard). I used 15% sour cream, but if you're watching your figure, you can use fat-free instead.

3. Add herbs to the resulting mixture of sour cream and mustard.
